VIBRANT BEACHES OF KALI
Find your favorite beach
Brgačelj
Easily accessible, child-friendly beach. A good choice when it's too hot because the refreshing sea breeze locally called 'maestral' appears in the afternoons and cools the heat down. The sunbathing area is paved, the access to the sea is pebbled. The beach facilities include a shower and a changing room. The beach offers a great view of Zadar channel, Ošljak island, Zadar and Velebit Mountain Range.
Kolegini
is a beach similar to Brgačelj, with its paved sunbathing area and pebbled sea access. There's a cozy restaurant right on the seafront.
Mul
Mul is a popular and usually very populated local beach, situated close to the small port called Mul, with a paved sunbathing area, pebbled sea access, a changing room and a shower. It's highly convenient for families with children because of the children’s playground situated at Petar Dundov Park adjacent to the beach. Take a break from the heat on the terrace of coffee shop Riva, sipping your coffee or enjoying an ice-cream. Close to the beach you can find tavern 'Intrada' and a grocery store. This beach is favorite with those who like sea-diving from Mul port breakwaters.
Tratica
The villagers are proud to have an aqualifter mounted on Tratica public beach. It resembles a sea lift that enables people with disabilities to access the sea. Having the most modern water access for people with disabilities made it one of the first thematic beaches in Zadar county. The beach is easily accessible, parking guaranteed.
Batalaža
This is definitely the most popular beach in Kali, situated in a small bay. If you're not into pebbles, there's a paved sunbathing area on the beach, and in the coffee shop Mavra you can cool down with a cold beverage. Batalaža has it all, so there are deck chairs and parasols provided for the visitors. Since it's a bay, the water is almost always calm and warm. You can also take a walk by the seaside. In the vicinity of the beach there are several restaurants offering delicious fish specialties.
Mala Lamjana
is for visitors who like comfort, as well as for visitors with children. Right by the beach there's a parking that can accommodate 40 cars. If you prefer walking, it will take about half an hour from the village center to reach Lamjana. Swimming here is a very enjoyable experience, because of the sandy seabed and clear sea. You can also have a go at beach volleyball with your friends. If you get thirsty or hungry, you can get a drink or a bite at the coffee shop / pizzeria right at the beach.
