Did you know that Kali is famous for tuna? And the oldest fishermen feast on the Adriatic is called ‘Tunuara’, traditionally held in the summer. Tuna is delicious when it’s grilled! Kali fishermen are also the pioneers of tuna farming industry. Tuna are reared until the fish weighs between 80 and 90 kg. Most of this high-quality tuna ends up on Japanese tables as sushi and sashimi, Japanese delicacies which are increasingly gaining admirers in Croatia.
